How to make Instant Khoya at Home (खोया बनाने की वीधी)

This instant Khoya recipe comes very handy when I need Khoya in some of the indian recipes.

Yield: Makes 1.5 cup Khoya
Ingredients:
1/4 cup milk (दुध)
3 tsp clarified butter (घी)
2 cup milk powder (मील्क पाव्डर)
1 tsp powdered sugar (चीनी)
Method :
1. Mix milk and clarified butter and mirowave for 30 secs. Alternately, warm this mixture in a pan and keep it aside.
2. Take separate non-stick pan and add Milk powder and Sugar powder to it. Add Milk and Clarified butter mixture to this.
3. Mix Well for 5 minutes. Or Boil it until mixture becomes thick like a dough.
4. Khoya is ready to use in any of the recipe.
