When you are in hurry and you want to dish out a restaurant style dish, try out this simple yet delicious Aloo Gobi Methi Tuk. A quick curry made by Potato, Cauliflower and Green Fenugreek leaves.

Yield: Serves 4

Ingredients:
For Chapdis:
2 medium size potatoes (आलु)
1 1/2 cup couliflower , cut into florets (गोबी)
1 tsp Cumin seeds (जीरा)
1/4 tsp Asafoetedia (हींग)
1 1/2 tsp Ginger green chilli paste (अदरक हरी मीर्च पेस्ट)
1 cup green fenugreek leaves , chopped (हरी मेथी)
2 tsp Chat masala (चाट मसाला)
Salt to taste (नमक)
2 tbsp Oil (तेल)

Method :
1. Cut the potatoes into thick wedges with skin. Boil Potatoes and Cauliflower (Alternately you can also fry them if you are not health conscius). In this recipe, I boiled them.
2. Heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, asafoetedia, ginger chilli paste and saute for 1 minute.
3. Now add chopped fenugreek leaves and saute till leaves are crisp and lightly browned.
4. Add boiled potatoes, cauliflower, chaat masala and salt.
5. Mix well and let it cook for 1 or 2 minutes.
6. Serve hot.
