Pre-heat a waffle iron and lightly grease it with oil. If you dont have Waffle Iron you can make this Waffles as a PanCakes in a Pan. Shape would be different but taste would remain the same.
Divide the batter into 3 equal portions.
Add 1/4 tsp of ENO (Fruit Salt) evenly over a portion of the batter, sprinkle a few drops of water over it.
When the bubbles form, mix gently and pour the batter evenly over the greased iron.
Close the lid and cook on high for 2 to 3 minutes or till the waffle turns crisp and golden brown in colour.
Repeat with the remaining batter to make 2 more waffles.
Cut each waffle into 4 pieces and serve immediately.
